Returning Custom Printed Products

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any products that have been custom printed with your logo, artwork and/or text (“Custom Printed Promotional Product”). We understand that most of our products fall in this category, however, we will do everything we can to make sure your product comes out right the first time. This includes sending you a virtual proof of your product and offering you the ability to order an advanced sample, at your cost, so you can see what the finished product looks like.

Returning PPE

Any products that qualify as “PPE” are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you order any PPE that arrives defective or damaged, please call us immediately and send pictures to info[at]propermark.com. We understand that COVID-19 has turned our lives upside down and we will work to find a solution that makes you happy.

Customer Service Guarantee.

If a Custom Printed Promotional Product arrives and your logo, artwork and/or incorrectly printed (i.e. is not printed per to the pre-approved virtual proof) there may have been a mistake processing and/or printing your order. Within 5 days of receipt, please contact us as info[at]propermark.com with photographs of the damaged or incorrectly printed products, or send us physical samples so we can take a look. We will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your order.
